Organically built a marketing team; progressing from three people to a well-round marcomms team of twenty-five that developed marketing strategies and executed plans across an organization that grew from 2,500 to 16,000 employees. Evolved marketing from a purely sales support role to a critical corporate function that not only enabled sales, but increased brand equity. Corporate Branding: Delivered evolving branding that increased the exposure and value of the company. Worked with outside agencies to develop new creative concepts and brand messaging for: o The re-brand of “PRA International” to “PRA” in 2011, positioning the company for additional capital investment and acquisitions. o The re-brand and launch of “PRA Health Sciences” in 2014, enhancing its image as a top tier CRO, enabling a transformative acquisition and subsequent IPO. Transitions and Integration: Maximized exposure and optimized communication for key events and transactions. Led multiple teams executing announcements, transitions, and integrations of more than a dozen acquired companies, communication execution when the company transitioned from public to private, and the strategic planning and execution of communications for PRA’s IPO in 2014. Budget Planning and Execution: Consistently developed and managed budgets to support strategic marketing plans that drove new sales with a high level of ROI.
