I´m a Clinic Psychologist from Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. I have a Master's in Business Administration. I have worked in the call center industry, human resources, and legal area. I have 10 years of experience in Customer Service via phone, chat, and email. I also have experience in technical support and sales. I have worked in the Human Resources area for 2 years as well. There, I was able to evaluate and interview candidates for different positions over the phone. In the Customer Service area, I was able to edit account information, do data entry, make cases, process transactions for customers; contact leads and follow up on them, book appointments and vacation reservations; and schedule medical exams and doctor´s appointments. As a Technical support agent, I was able to guide customers to troubleshoot their devices, and escalate situations above my tier, and, as a Salesperson over the phone, I was in charge of offering, upselling, and entering the orders according to the customer´s request; processing payments and make quotes. My main motivations are the fact to be working from home and, learning something new and interesting - since I´m a very fast learner-. I can adapt to different environments and people. My goal is to work in something that makes me add value to someone, that keeps me active and growing.
