May. 2018 - Jul. 2018Sydney, AustraliaI learned the core skills that make up the entire User Experience Design process. From research and ideation to prototyping and testing. The full-time immersive course entails solving design problems using proven skills and methods. I have created 3 concept projects and 1 client project: • Designed a restaurant finder app for food enthusiasts. This involved; conducting market research, user interviews and usability evaluations with a paper prototype • Designed an e-commerce website according to a concept brief. This involved; conducting business analysis, market research, card sorting, tree testing, creating journey maps, wireframes and a clickable prototype validated through usability evaluations • Generated a service design and marketing campaign concept for OFO and NSW Roads and Maritime Services to improve bike riding etiquettes and reduce bike littering problem in NSW. Conducted business analysis, market research, user interviews, created user personas, journey maps, and wireframes validated through usability evaluations. I did one client project with student employment platform Hatch, where I worked in a team to design an improved role and video creation flow for managers: • Involved in research efforts including surveys, usability evaluations, user interviews to validate video and understand manager pain points • Produced insights using affinity diagrams, and contextualised them in proto personas and journey maps • Produced an improved user flow, mid-fidelity wireframes, and a clickable prototype featuring an example on-boarding video • Maintained stakeholder communication using different channels, such as Slack, face-to-face meetings, and conference calls
