Leading and managing campaigns independently from insights development, strategy creation, executive approvals, agency management, creative development, partner collaboration, execution and measurement & reporting. Previous Responsibilities: - Launching and managing YouTube's first traditional Influencer Marketing program with the launch of the Shorts product. Independently led multi million dollar influencer campaigns (BTS #PermissionToDance, BTS #MyBTStory, Lil Baby, Coachella etc) from insights development, influencer selection, influencer negotiation, creative direction, executive alignment, partner collaboration, content quality assessment, measurement, and reporting. - Led development of research evaluating "What makes Short Form Videos Trend", which is now influencing decisions on a marketing level for how we develop campaigns for our Shorts product. Research was further shared across all of Google Marketing to inspire Short Form video focused campaigns. - Led Social for global events for YouTube with focus on the YouTube Creator Community. Responsible for our Global Social Events strategy and managed our North America events including VidCon US, #YouTubeBlack Creator Summit and FanFest, Diversity & Inclusion events etc. Led creation of social strategies from channel strategy, content strategy, graphic strategy, setting up social analytics infrastructure, experiential marketing, cross-functional collaboration on earned content opportunities, managing creative agencies from strategy to execution.
