Key achievements include: • The significant increase in engagement and commitment to an organisation’s DEI strategy across its global leadership teams via the design, delivery and orchestration of an immersive DEI awareness programme. Delivered to the leadership teams across 10 countries. • An increase in colleague engagement and Plant performance via the cultural assessment for the UK Plant of a global chemical engineering business. Building a cultural development roadmap following the gathering of qualitative and quantitative data, I provided the UK leadership team with clear next steps and recommendations to act on. • My UK high street retail client is acknowledging and celebrating an increase in retention of black and brown colleagues and a 16% increase in the external recruitment of people of colour following the successful management and online delivery of our trailblazing DEI leadership programme across the business’s 200 most senior leaders. The programme was designed to increase levels of awareness and understanding of discrimination, privilege, and systemic racism. • The provision of coaches to my FTSE 100 client’s ExCo, N-1 and N-2 leadership population, globally. I provided client stakeholders with monthly insight into the progress of their leaders, tracking hourly usage of their coaching programmes, evaluation scores (consistently NPS 90) and disseminating and presenting quarterly insights from coach panel members.

Working in partnership with my clients, I helped them create the conditions for long-term and sustainable change whilst also keeping the capacity of the organisation they work for at front of mind. Key achievements included: • The talent retention, an increase in team engagement scores and the implementation of a consistent (and improved) leadership framework across the Director level of the UK headquarters of Japan’s largest bank. I designed and delivered an immersive leadership development programme in which Directors dramatically increased their level of self awareness, developed a better understanding of how to lead a team and stronger peer relationships to support one another in embedding their learning. • Setting 500+ employees up for success, ensuring regulatory compliance and aiding the smooth cultural alignment of two merging banks through a rigorous and comprehensive Learning Needs Analysis followed by the development of a suite of e-learning for 500+ UK based employees. • The talent retention, increased employee engagement and developing my client’s employer brand through co-designing and co-facilitating Lloyd’s of London’s internal mentoring programme, enhancing the role modelling and development skills for both junior mentees and senior mentors.
