We used to have agents working with us. so agents commission along with all the deductions was direct deposited in agents account. Creating vector login accounts, keeping track or hours of consultations, number of appointments, number of patients treated along with gross costing, updating the book of accounts and managing payment was handled by the team which i was leading.

We had different parameters and checkpoints before they can get onboard (ex Medical Registration number, NABH accreditation etc). We also used interview for gathering data. We used to have brain storming sessions with different departments to prioritise modules. We have designed different modules such as Doctor consultation, Travel, Finance which includes billing and payrolls, operations, customer management which includes feedback and testimonials, reporting which includes reports and analytics etc. Also integrating artificial intelligence in the form of chat bots and gathering data of user behaviour for analytics and future development.
