Oded Agam is a seasoned professional in the investment industry, currently serving as the Managing Partner and Co-Founder at NextLeap Ventures. Prior to NextLeap Ventures, Agam gained substantial experience in business development, strategic planning, and tech management. This included identifying market opportunities, requirements and usage models, as well as translating them into product definition including requirements and architecture. Oded drove strategic directions and processes targeting several market segments (Netbooks, Smartphones and others), including both high level roadmap planning and detailed product planning. Oded led multi-disciplinary (and multi-geographic) teams that included a wide diversity of professionals (marketing, architecture, engineering, operations, finance etc.) in the planning and execution of Intel's long term CPU roadmap. Oded worked as part of a dedicated team of high-level executives, and played a significant and influential role in the creation of new markets, products and services that literally shaped the future of the digital world.

Discretix mission is to solve the challenges of implementing high performance, industry standard robust security, within the resource constrained environment of such devices. MaxPOCEO and founder

Jan. 2002 - Dec. 2004MaxPO enabled Broadband Service Providers to automatically and remotely service home networks and SOHO networks. The MaxPO solution lowered support costs - reducing the number of support calls and shortening the length of support calls.
