• Organization of external training process (negotiations with training companies, short and long-term cooperation);
• Conducting of the following trainings: Effective Sales Methods, “Cold” Calls, Answering Objections, Cooperation with Aggressive Customers, Stress Management, Time Management, HR Basics, Effective Negotiations, Coaching, Effective Motivation.
• Coaching for sales-managers (“cold” calls, sales, negotiations, personal growth); • Talent Management;
• Excellent feedback (will present if needed).
