OMM job description: administration of all functional parts of OMM tool, client support, data management using by SQL, MS Excel and creating VBA macros, bring enhancement ideas for OMM tool and work-process effectiveness. My position started by supporting OMM web-application by preparing data imports to this application. After successful cooperation with project owner and architect, I was asked to cover all admin (later master admin) job portfolio for this tool with all responsibilities like application user-accesses administration, data quality and consistency management, creation of data reports of different kinds for clients, client support, innovation, bug reporting and cooperation with developers team etc. Another successfully milestone in my work was spreading of my support coverage from several European countries to whole Europe, Russia, Africa and Middle East. Because of great reference about my Excel (Pivot tables and Visual Basic) skills, I successfully cooperated with different teams to create a reports for sales executives.
