• Managed direct reports that were engaged as lead architects, developing target state solutions and as needed project related solution architectures. • Engaged in a similar model for Personal Lines and Loans, with a direct report engaged as the Lead architect for PLL. • Charged with reviewing all applications for secure coding reviews. Led the entire architecture function for Consumer Lending, building an organization and ad-hoc tooling to support the model. Built the standing team that would assume the responsibility in an ongoing support model. Transitioned the role and responsibility with no fall off in early 2020.
