Coordinated communication and distribution of information and data between White House, HHS, Department of Defense (DOD), Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP), Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), state and local health departments. Constructed and taught 3-day training course in collaboration with CDC leadership to align with CDC training requirements for new contractors for COVID-19 vaccine response. Provided key data sets and surveys within jurisdictional and national level to assist in decision making including reports distributed to senior leadership at HHS, FEMA, CDC, state HHS and government. Interpret and distribute complex legislative, regulatory and policy guidance for use in managing public health programs related to COVID-19 vaccines. Collaborate with state health departments to ensure compliance with agreements including ensuring providers are fulfilling reporting requirements which aid in national decision making. Coordinate with HHS and CDC to develop COVID-19 dashboard for new pediatric vaccines. Dashboard was used nationwide by jurisdictions, federal and pharmacy partners. Present verbal and written report to jurisdictions and on behalf of jurisdictions to HHS and CDC COVID-19 response teams. Analyzed jurisdictional level COVID-19 vaccine data to assure data quality, consistency, and accuracy. Identified several errors in national database and collaborated with teams to correct. Project managed state issues and questions related to COVID-19 vaccine implementation including roll out of new monovalent, boosters, pediatric and bivalent vaccines. Train and onboard new staff to serve on the COVID-19 response.
