In the same graduating year Marisa opened her first design studio in Barcelona and commenced her design career by working on various residential renovations and retail projects. Marisa's work is driven by functionality and aesthetics, based on quality and detail, her projects are functional, attractive, innovative and unique. Marisa has a reputable design career with global experience in Europe, Asia and North America which led her to launch a design studio in China for over 8 years which allowed her to develop the skills and knowledge required to create successful, functional, and aesthetically pleasing spaces. Marisa has over 22 years of experience helping clients meet their needs and objectives by creating meaningful and beautiful interiors. As the Design Director of MAPA Marisa brings extensive and critical knowledge to the team which aides in the development of successful commercial and residential interiors.
