May. 2015 - Jun. 2018Des Moines, Iowa, United StatesOversaw the split of Kingdom Cares International as Acts 2 Collective took over the development of all international missions while Kingdom Cares International narrowed its focus to the urban areas of Des Moines, Iowa. Supported the development of the KCI Mission Center & Campus while negotiating the partnership between Agrihope and Acts 2 Collective in Asikuma, Ghana. This included the development and design of the Acts 2 Collective Christian School in that has served over 320 children in the community, the development of a 21-bed mission center, Drug Rehab & Discipleship Program, Sex Trafficking in Cape Coast, Ghana with developing, equipping and training leadership teams in Ghana, Africa and Chad, Africa, and the development of the first sports mission complex in Africa which will be located in Sarh, Chad. Coordinated the merge of two other non-profits called the Jonathan House Ministries which operated in Sierra Leone and Central Africa Republic into the Acts 2 Collective Ministry. • Created a sports ministry for outreach with leading over 30 mission teams to Ghana & Chad Africa accounting for over 450 individual people attending trips with our staff to Ghana, Chad, Sierra Leone, and Central Africa Republic with caring over 150 orphans in 4 African Countries
• United non-profit organizations that are working in Africa which created unique partnerships for the spread of the Gospel through community development
• Developed, equipped, and managed the current Acts 2 Collective international staff of 60+ employees. • Currently spends between 60-80 days per/year in Africa developing our staff and strategic planning on how we can reach more people with the Gospel.
