ACTS 2 COLLECTIVEPresident

May. 2015 - Jun. 2018Des Moines, Iowa, United StatesOversaw the split of Kingdom Cares International as Acts 2 Collective took over the development of all international missions while Kingdom Cares International narrowed its focus to the urban areas of Des Moines, Iowa. Supported the development of the KCI Mission Center & Campus while negotiating the partnership between Agrihope and Acts 2 Collective in Asikuma, Ghana. This included the development and design of the Acts 2 Collective Christian School in that has served over 320 children in the community, the development of a 21-bed mission center, Drug Rehab & Discipleship Program, Sex Trafficking in Cape Coast, Ghana with developing, equipping and training leadership teams in Ghana, Africa and Chad, Africa, and the development of the first sports mission complex in Africa which will be located in Sarh, Chad. Coordinated the merge of two other non-profits called the Jonathan House Ministries which operated in Sierra Leone and Central Africa Republic into the Acts 2 Collective Ministry. • Created a sports ministry for outreach with leading over 30 mission teams to Ghana & Chad Africa accounting for over 450 individual people attending trips with our staff to Ghana, Chad, Sierra Leone, and Central Africa Republic with caring over 150 orphans in 4 African Countries • United non-profit organizations that are working in Africa which created unique partnerships for the spread of the Gospel through community development • Developed, equipped, and managed the current Acts 2 Collective international staff of 60+ employees. • Currently spends between 60-80 days per/year in Africa developing our staff and strategic planning on how we can reach more people with the Gospel.

KINGDOM CARES INTERNATIONALPresident

Aug. 2008 - Jan. 2018Designed and developed a strategic plan to use Kingdom Hoops as a platform to reach out to the urban areas of Des Moines, Iowa to drive a $250,000.00 financial assistance program for urban athletes to participate within the Kingdom Hoops program with managing, collaborating, initiating partnership for all fundraising efforts. • Created a nightly feeding program for athletes that don’t have the opportunity to receive three meals per/day. Kingdom Cares currently feeds over 100 families per/night. • Developed Beyond Ball Ministries that allowed for academic and life opportunities for athletes from the urban areas of Des Moines • Oversaw the development of an international mission program based in Africa from 2009-2015

Kingdom Hoops BasketballPresident

Aug. 2008 - Jan. 2018Des Moines County, Iowa, United StatesKingdom Hoops was designed to incorporate a ministry focused youth sports organization in 2008 with negotiating a deal for a six court Kingdom Hoops Training Facility. Operated all aspects of the facility from 2008 – 2013 with the growth of an organizational expansion to include a more permanent 3 million dollar facility. • This grew the organization from 130 athletes in 2008 to over 500 athletes in September 2017 with developing and educating all athletes on the recruitment process. • Over 90% of graduating athletes receiving college scholarships. Since 2011 Kingdom Hoops athletes have received over $13,600,000.00 in University scholarships. • Developed all aspects and criteria for Kingdom Hoops Athletes ministry, includes: weekly devotionals, mission opportunities, as well as materials to help guide parents through the emotional process that sports can be. • Developed a staff of 6 full-time employees, 30+ part-time coaches, and hundreds of volunteers.

All Iowa Attack Basketball AcademyDirector

Aug. 2004 - Jul. 2008Ames, Iowa, United StatesDesigned, develop, implemented and idea to a start – up approved non – profit organization. Directed organizational growth from 30 athletes in 2004 to over 300 athletes in 2008. Managed the development from all aspects with internal and external vendors to build the first youth training facility in the State of Iowa. Recruited, hired, and trained all the staff, trainers, coaches and tournament coordinators with creation of development plans for all staff and all athletes between ages of 9 – 18 years old with guiding athletes through the recruitment process from high school to college.
