With over 15 years of experience in the metal industry—especially in welding—as an entrepreneur, I’ve worked broadly across domestic and international projects, including multinational environments. My background ranges from workshop fabrication and specialized welding to on-site installations and supervisory roles, always focused on delivering quality and reliability. Currently, I’m in my second year of studying mechanical engineering, with a strong interest in 3D design, production development, employee well-being, and improving leadership–worker relationships.
