With the Agile transformation design serving the organizational needs and vision, work with Agile leaders, teams, Scrum/Kanban Masters, Product Owners, and Stakeholders to meet customer needs in the market.
• Focus on being innovative at the interface between technology, business, and people to test hypotheses, and implement and develop learning agility within the organization.
• Use the opportunities to co-create with the people to get the buy-in, and trigger the changed behavior with their intention that helps them to own the transformation and create increments.
• Coaching agile leaders and agile teams for psychological safety to leverage the feedback culture and the maturity of the organization.
• Organizing and facilitating workshops to solve complexity in business outcomes and drive value delivery.
• Implement Team Diagnostic Assessments (TDA) and Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) to make the development areas visible in agile teams and agile leadership, then design and deliver training & workshops, coaching, and consulting with the customized techniques and agile practices.
• Develop agile role-based programs to empower the leadership not only management level but also in the Scrum and Kanban teams. Executive & Team Coach, Trainer, and Facilitator (2013 - ….)
Lead engagement and leadership projects through individual and team coaching, training and development, assessment, feedback, and support to fine-tune leadership skills of executive management teams and at all levels in a variety of organizations & non-profit organizations.
