- Ensures prospecting, customer follow-up, database/CRM follow-up (development, update,...) as well as sales file follow-up
- Ensures the presentation of the models (techniques, characteristics,...)
- Propose the organization of the showroom as well as propose and manage the test vehicles (planning/fuel/cleaning...)
- Ensures the expertise of the vehicles to be taken back.
- Finalizes sales, contract signing and ensure that the financial file is in order for payment; ensure that the administrative sales files are complete
- Ensures overall customer satisfaction and respect the variable margin criteria defined by the brands and the importer
- Actively promotes the brands to potential customers
