• Managed Three Lines of Defense ERM plan for the BI Department. • Created and implemented QC/QA programs with procedures and checklists. • Trained teams on quality benchmarks and KPIs. • Developed Quality Analyst positions & training materials, hired, and trained Quality Analysts to manage daily, monthly and quarterly QC/QA for BI. • Implemented continuous process improvement.
• Improved BI Department audits from unsatisfactory to sailing through with flying colors. PROCESS & DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT
• Devised creative document control solutions, resolving complex business problems by creating new processes and implementing new technology, increasing workflow organization and efficiency. • Planned, oversaw, and administratee SharePoint site and Power Automate flows, including assigning user permissions and creating and configuring new Document Libraries and Approval flows. • Formulated Quality Control processes and workflows establishing document and process life-cycles to author design specs and submitting workflows to request QC and final Approval. • Sole technical writer authoring all division documentation, including templates, policies, procedures, and training guides.
