Highlights • Achieved an average of 55% increase in ticket sales revenue for both flagship events compared to 2019/2020. Both Singapore 2022 & Indonesia 2023 events led were the first in-person event since the pandemic.
• Implemented and improved overall pre-event and during event processes, in areas of budgeting, ticketing and sales, registration, speaker/minister communication and vendor management, contributing to better efficiency and outcome of the events.
