customers during discovery and requirements-gathering sessions, designed,
Implemented, and maintained seven operational CRM instances with multiple interfaces,
providing functionality in Customer Service, Knowledge Base Fundamentals, Sales,
Social Monitoring, Voice of the Customer, Field Service, etc. for customers in a variety of
verticals including; Electrical Power Utilities, Consumer Electronics, Defense,
Telecommunications, Telehealth and Public Sector. Designed and implemented Return Merchandise Authorization solutions integrated with
third-party ERP systems such as Oracle EBS and PTC Servigistics. Designed and implemented prototype solutions for Internet of Things (IOT) projects for
Consumer Electronics and TeleHealth systems using PTC’s ThingWorx framework,
specifically meters, measuring hardware diagnostic systems in a real-time operational
environment. Managed CRM Solution Vendor and Implementation Partner relationships, including
invoice management, contract creation, budget, renewals and solution upgrades. Responsible for coordination, implementation and maintenance of collateral
dependencies (SSL, Custom Domains, Asset Management, Point of Sale, IVR, etc). Managed multiple world-wide developer resources to ensure coordination and
integration between the CRM platform and other in-house enterprise solutions, as well
as a small team of direct-reports. Trained support-personnel across the Enterprise to administer CRM solutions in support
of Enterprise core missions. Enabled Enterprise Account Managers to close new business by providing critical
solution information, demonstrations and support.
