Kelly Slager is a creative executive with an extensive background in retail and over 20 years experience leading creative and fashion design teams for startups and multi-billion-dollar organizations. Most recently as SVP of Creative for Victoria’s Secret PINK, Kelly led a team of 60 with 5 departments, to evolve the brand projection inclusive of branding and packaging, photography, styling, site, app and email design, social content, in-store and print marketing. Kelly is passionate about understanding business needs to evolve and elevate brand storytelling, give the customer the ultimate omni brand experience, and design elevated, emotional product. An engaging collaborator, Kelly leverages her integrity and empathy in partnering with diverse stakeholders. Kelly has a successful history leading large design and creative teams by thoughtfully inspiring, mentoring and empowering teams and developing creative leaders.
