Including, but not limited to: • Providing full financial support for the UK (including NI), including preparation of payroll submissions to an outside provider; running the accounts payable operation and acting as the UK’s point of contact for all financial matters.
• Budget monitoring.
• Overall responsibility of the office administrative functions in the UK.
• Facilities management and ensuring the smooth running of both the Sheffield and Belfast offices.
• Organising internal and external meetings (including overseas).
• Acting as travel director for the company’s online travel management system.
