Dec. 1995 - Oct. 2013 Conduct lubrication surveys of customer’s equipment; prepare lubrication charts and render service reports concerning services rendered. Assist customers in the reduction of cost of lubrication, maintenance and repair of equipment. Make periodical calls on technical staff of customers and render technical assistance in the application and uses of Petron lubricants and fuels. Assist customers in the implementation of preventive maintenance program, including training of customer’s maintenance and lubrication personnel. Conduct lube oil analyses of customer’s in-service lube oil samples to check oil quality whether it is still fit for further service or not. Make recommendations to customer to avoid costly oil changes. Handle customer complaints or difficulties associated with the use of Petron branded products. Conduct field engineering performance tests, inspections and seminars as required. Use of Kistler, Doctor, and Malin electronic engine analyzers to monitor diesel engine performance as well as Testo emission analyzer for exhaust gas emission test of boiler, engines and furnaces Initiate and/or conduct performance evaluation projects on new and existing Petron products, lubrication devices and develop new applications for existing products. Handle periodic lubrication seminars to customers in the in areas of lubrication, fuel application, product safety and handling and interpretation of laboratory analyses. Render other technical customer and company service assistance such as (1) assist in the technical training of sales staff or new technical engineers, (2) advice Sales staff along technical matters and on adequacy of products to meet the technical requirements of the market, (3) represent the Company in technical societies and seminars, (4) prepare technical correspondence to customers.
