• Create and document processes for daily functions using WebTMA to best fit a client’s workflow and achieve the highest productivity out of the system.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting of WebTMA, IIS, SSRS, SQL Server 2008 R2 and 2012, Windows Server 2008 – 20012, iPad, and Android platforms.
• Collaborate with analysts to configure rules, forms, screen views, and overall functionality of primary revenue system.
