Main requirement was to use existing tools: git, TeamCity, Octopus, AWS. So using some powershell scripting I've combined all technologies into one automated process. I've also added API and Load tests as part of deployment pipeline. Inside AWS everything were done using CloudFormation templates using next AWS services: EC2, SNS, VPC, RDS, IAM, S3.
