Key to the role is maintaining a flexible approach and being detailed oriented while working in a dynamic environment with constantly changing priorities. Some of my duties includes but not limited to dealing with the day-to-day HR responsibilities and serving as a liaison between the organization, employees and benefit vendors, assisting with the implementation of services, policies, and programs aimed at maintaining a safe, positive environment in the company. Payroll administration and processing, HRIS data management an reporting. Joiner, Mover, Promotions and leaver actions, including onboarding and offboarding of employees. Completing Reward, Comp and Benefit surveys and support HR Director with analysis.
