CMC lead the way for many business schools and management academies in the country launching highly successful innovations such as the Dynamic Manager program as well as a variety of EMBA, MBA & Weekend MBA programs. The Director of International Programs position put me in charge of designing academic and cultural activities for groups of visiting US business students from a variety of schools and states. It also allowed me the opportunity to develop managerial skills as an active member of the school's Executive Committee. The department I ran became the most profitable department at the School.
