Oct. 2010 - Nov. 2013I worked across a number of products lines for desktop, web, and mobile applications for Citirx IT Support Products. I crafted design solutions based on product requirements, customer interviews, and feedback while navigating through 2 product acquisitions and the following integrations. This work also included combined design and prototyping for marketing and commerce solutions. Additionally, I continually created and help test designs for a number of newly added features, including a challenging first run experience that was heavily tested with users and iterated on to help customers really get started. Working with a great mobile development team, I also designed our first 2 Android apps for the GoToAssist product line. Through all this, I interviewed customers and continuously injected the voice and needs of the customer into the process. Through the customer research and creative work done by myself and the rest of the UX team, we also began to shift the role of UX to a more strategic partnership within the rest of the organization.
