Aug. 2019 - Sep. 2022Reporting to the Division President, I led the Product Management, Marketing Operations, Market Development and Communications, Scientific Affairs, Market Access and International Marketing teams. Our purpose was to drive Voice of Customer and Market Research initiatives needed to partner with R&D to fuel an innovative pipeline that will improve the transplant success rates for Transplant Patients. The Market Development and International Marketing teams work with the Product Management teams to successfully launch products and key marketing programs to drive company growth and help educate the market on the gold standard in Transplant Diagnostic Testing and Monitoring. The TDX Marketing Team also actively participates in the Transplant Industry through Patient Advocacy programs, and key collaborations with advocacy and research groups such as the Terasaki Research Institution, Women In Transplant, DonateLife, ASHI, EFI, ARSHI, the Transplant Games, and others.
