EAP Improve Goals Landing Page, 1/23/12 – 3/30/13, $515K, Modify the Getting Started (Landing) page for Wealth and Retirement Goals as defined during the project UI design process and based on member feedback of the initial tool. Planning for Life and Other 2013 Work, 2/13/12 – 5/11/12, $100K, Define the business functions USAA desires to be included in the Fiserv Advice product for a 2013 Life Needs Analysis Advice and Planning project. Migrate SFA/GOP/PIM to USAA Managed Portfolio, 3/19/12 – 11/9/12, $1M, Migrate the legacy managed account products (SFA, GOP, PIM) to the USAA Managed Portfolio product, simplifying operations and providing a consistent interface to members and representatives. Credit Card SCRA Automation 6/4/12 – 8/23/13, $4M, implement a new system where members can apply for SCRA, PCS, Deployment or Campaign benefits on all USAA channels and the Bank can track each benefit application and benefit approval. This project was a management milestone for the Bank. REG-Z Credit Card Protected Balances, 11/12/12 – 3/29/13, $417K, implement a business and technology approach to automatically detect and report any change to a protected balance account to ensure ongoing compliance with the protected balance provisions of Regulation Z (submitted for patent) Implement Affinity Card 1st, 2nd, and 4th Quarter 2013 Release, average $40 0K each, provide the ability for USAA to offer affinity credit
