Hospital additions I implemented: -A 24/7 ER -Toxicology lab -Orthopedic Surgery - Urology - Interventional Pain Surgery - Expanded the number of inpatient beds by over 35%. All these changes significantly increased hospital’s cash flow, and patients’ access to care. After I took over as CEO and implemented changes, the hospital was named, “The #1 hospital in the Louisville metro area for patient safety by Consumer Reports.”
