Also my area is responsible to risk management (insurance), yes, we reduced the amount of losses due to robbery in 11X. Within this almost 3 years in my position, we have gotten fantastic and impressive results together, such as : -Contributing for the Supply Chain area up one position in the customer´s ranking evaluation, mean, the main retails of Brazil recognize us for the work. -Reduce the Co2 impact by implementing Cabotage, truck optimization and changing our distribution model. -Also we have gotten the best result in our GPTW ranking ever.
