Working with b2c brands on immersive live brand experiences, social media content and integrated campaigns. My role: I structured the narratives for all pitches and client presentations as well as taking pride in producing world class experience design driving creativity across set design and every touchpoint within integrated campaigns and immersive events. I translated strategic insights into consumer-facing experiences, award winning through the line ideas and world-class production. I grew and managed a multidisciplinary team of 3D & 2D designers, illustrators and producers in-house and managed a roster of global freelance talent servicing numerous accounts in parallel both brand direct and via network agencies. Day to day I led and managed the creative team and was responsible for all brainstorming, workshops, client presentations, production and post production end to end. I defined and delivered pioneering brand experience frameworks, unique creative development methodologies, thought leadership and instilled innovation into all the agencies creative content; providing the creative team with mentorship, direction and leadership in matters related to design, set production, experience design and content. As agency co-founder I was instrumental in pioneering Experiential Marketing as a discipline and growing the agency from 4 people at inception in 2005 to 40+ when I left in 2013.
