Cannecht seamlessly matches partners, negotiates pricing, and manages logistics via a robust ecosystem initially built in LCNC, later expanding into Node.js, ReactJS, and GraphQL development projects. Integrations with ContractBook, Twilio, SendGrid, AirTable, Chargebee, multiple other commercial applications, and 20+ custom APIs provided seamless data flow and a user-friendly experience. My data-driven approach secured $685k funding within 6 months and fueled a 20% weekly user growth post-Alpha. Weekly sprints in Jira delivered UI/UX improvements (powered by FullStory and Canny insights) every 2 weeks, boosting CSAT by 30% in 30 days. Mobile-first design, prioritized based on user testing, led to a 50% registration surge and 20% DAU increase. I hired and led a startup team consisting of 2 co-founders, 7 employees, 6 agencies, 4 advisors, and 3 board members, fostering a collaborative environment and efficiently executing our vision.
