Initial task was to develop in Eastern Europe, Russia and CIS, Advanced Customer Services organization. Oracle Advanced Customer Services is an organisation providing tailored Mission Critical Support services to maximise availability of complex IT requirements.
Start with 3 sales rep. and 20 delivery engineers and 7 m$ revenue, finish with 16 sales reps., 80 delivery and 36m$ revenue with double-digit profit.
Develop ACS business and organization by implementing:
- sales governance: common sales methodology, name convention, territory definition (our target customers), pipeline management, sales cycle management, forecasting discipline (EE&CIS has the best forecasting accuracy in EMEA), …; - growth passion – agreed and understand common goals – growth, successes as a motivation, top contributors rewarding,...;
- build a well performing sales team – select the best performers and team players, eliminate laggards – today sales team includes 16 sales people;
- close integration with delivery team – understand business growth as common goal, motivate people to take more responsibility, look for new opportunities, …. - today local delivery teams (in EE&CIS) include about 100 engineers and service delivery managers, Regional Expertise Centre in Romania and additionally we are using EMEA unique skills resources;
- creating pre-sales organisation (system architects) – 3 architects;
- sales operation – responsible for correct booking, forecasting process, revenue flow monitoring, performance monitoring (utilizations and profit prediction) – 1 dedicated person;
- close cooperation with EMEA resources – business development and delivery;
