Designed, managed and produced the largest direct-mail campaign in Capital One's history—overseeing another Art Director and four Copywriters. This was derived on time, under budget, error-free, and highly successful to meet Capital One's business goals and objectives. Design and produce multiple high-visibility direct marketing materials in both print and digital media. Other responsibilities:
• Ensuring messaging and visual elements comply with corporate standards and the brand voice.
• Managing schedules, client interaction, milestone expectations and kickoff meetings.
• Marshaling review cycles to ensure adherence to the creative process.

There, I was responsible for designing and producing publications intended to raise the level of awareness for community interaction with our nationʼs law enforcement agencies. Our mission is to help Americaʼs communities, schools and citizens live in a safer environment. While at the COPS Office, I was the primary driving force behind enhancing the agencyʼs ability to redefine its brand approach by raising the bar on the quality of the design of all of their publications, promotional materials (online and exhibition graphics) and developed their in-house graphic standards for all communications use.
