Leverage an $800K+ Capital Spend Budget and $120K+ IT general fund budget. • Strategic Vision: Built and formalized an IT strategic roadmap after 60 days of assessment and cross-functional discussion, with core goals to build a modern and secure IT infrastructure, maximize operational continuity, advance business management practices, sustain healthy workplace culture, and enable all IT team members to apply Equity Social Justice (ESJ) principles.
• Software Systems: Achieved significant progress in creating a data-driven operating environment through the introduction of solutions including a content management platform, Microsoft Dynamics 365 databases, SharePoint-based help desk system, GOV Delivery, GOV QA, Microsoft BI, GIS and a network of SharePoint team sites.
• Organizational Assessment: Carefully diagnosed pain points and gaps impacting the technical performance of the Office, with success in identifying key technical priorities to reduce the total cost of ownership. • Business Continuity: Direct all aspects of daily operation for the Office’s networking assets, which now includes a robust infrastructure encompassing WAN/LAN/wireless networks, voice telecommunications, servers, end user desktops, and vendor-owned maintenance and support services.
• Operational Transformation: Exercised executive judgment to build a lean core IT team, maximizing team performance through the introduction of a data-driven operating culture. Deepened the technical team’s connection with the attorney and support staff, and introduced the practice of formal performance assessments.
• Consensus Building: Foster healthy partnerships between administration and IT, serving as a trusted change manager able to guide operational stakeholders through the phased rollout of technical change.
