Description:
This initiative was introduced in conjunction with the Ministry of Education into government and vocational schools as a pilot summer programme in 2013 at Doris Johnson for the Eastern District and A.F. Adderley for the Western District.
Four schools continued with this programme through the year and now each has formed a Karting Club with regular meetings conducted by the student drivers themselves. Teachers have reported improved grades, attitude and several students were made prefects this year. A Summer Camp will be held this year July 28th through August 8th.
