The main themes include the assessment and forecasting of flexibility needs and the optimization of the flexibility mix (storage, controllable sources, grid) through the development of a regional flexibility management model. This work also encompasses energy prospective scenarios for the Occitanie region up to 2050. I completed this thesis under the guidance of Professor Sandrine Michel from the University of Montpellier (UMR ART-Dev) and Boris Solier, Lecturer at the University of Montpellier (UMR ART-Dev).
