Jan. 2020 - Feb. 2024Région de Paris, FranceDuring my doctorate, I delved into the topic of the flexibility of local electrical systems through a thesis conducted jointly at the University of Montpellier and the Climate Economics Chair in Paris. The main themes include the assessment and forecasting of flexibility needs and the optimization of the flexibility mix (storage, controllable sources, grid) through the development of a regional flexibility management model. This work also encompasses energy prospective scenarios for the Occitanie region up to 2050. I completed this thesis under the guidance of Professor Sandrine Michel from the University of Montpellier (UMR ART-Dev) and Boris Solier, Lecturer at the University of Montpellier (UMR ART-Dev).
