• Operationalized and automated #CuriousTogether, a global learning program, moving from a single month event to a continuous calendar of virtual/online learning events and campaigns, with internal and external speakers, reaching 30,000+ employees in 97+ countries, with measured outcomes, collaborating with global initiative owners, including employee wellbeing, digital transformation, inclusion, equity and diversity, and talent development.
• Redesigned subscriber newsletter, increasing click rates for engagement by 300% from Q1 to Q2 2022 using compelling written content, contributing to a 30% to 50% higher event participation rate.
• Product owner for a “Virtual Career Center”– leading design and delivery to a global audience within one month of business case approval, in collaboration with talent acquisition and talent development. The product, built on Edcast learning platform, supported the needs of employees completing internal and external job searches because of company restructuring. • Led design and development of learning experiences using design thinking approach. Led design of “Creative Collaboration,” a social learning experience integrating self-directed learning on EdCast learning platform with social learning in Microsoft Teams and Yammer communities. Tested by 400+ opt-in learners.
