Nov. 2013 - Apr. 2016As a technical support employee, I'll be monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and networks within an organisation in a technical support role. If there are any issues or changes required, such as forgotten passwords,software update on the product, needs to change and update product's driver on customer's computer, I'll be the first person customer's will contact. Tasks can include installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware/software faults and solving technical problems over the phone.
