Sep. 2023Columbus, Ohio, United States- Oversee the day-to-day operations of HR data systems and serve as the primary point of contact for system-related inquiries and escalations.
- Act as the subject matter expert on database processes existing outside of the HCM that transfer data between systems (e.g., ADP, SuccessFactors). - Directly manage and mentor an HR Data Analyst, providing guidance, project oversight, and performance development.
- Lead the data aspect of cross-functional HR technology projects from discovery to deployment, including ongoing configuration and maintenance within ADP.
- Define and drive improvements across data integrations, automation pipelines, and SFTP data exchanges with vendor partners.
- Provide strategic input on HR technology initiatives, identifying system enhancements and innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Own and refine HR reporting strategyβbuilding monthly and quarterly dashboards, interpreting data insights, and providing insights on workforce trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Payroll, Benefits, IT, Legal) to resolve systemic data issues and business process gaps.
