Mentored team to outperform company and investor threshold acquisition targets. • Secured MoUs with 2 US state agencies to develop carbon strategies for school trust lands and wildlife management areas.
• Ideated and co-created first-of-its-kind nature-based non-dilutive carbon project finance capital model that enabled Reforestation-as-a-Service for fire affected landowners; $15M facility with Carbon Streaming Corp. entirely financed company’s first carbon deals. • Sourced all major vendor partnerships in both established and new markets, which allowed for scaling forest operations and delivery of company OKRs.
