Member of Executive Leadership Team. • Created landowner origination and GTM strategy, and revenue model and value proposition across all forest landowner profiles (Agency, Industrial, Non-Industrial, Nonprofit, Tribal Nation) resulting in top of the funnel pipeline of ~200K acres, proposals with landowners under active negotiation representing ~3M carbon removal credits, and contracted Project Development Agreements with landowners representing ~750K carbon removal credits. • Built the landowner origination and partnerships team across 5 Western states from scratch. Had 4 Director level reports. Mentored team to outperform company and investor threshold acquisition targets. • Secured MoUs with 2 US state agencies to develop carbon strategies for school trust lands and wildlife management areas. • Ideated and co-created first-of-its-kind nature-based non-dilutive carbon project finance capital model that enabled Reforestation-as-a-Service for fire affected landowners; $15M facility with Carbon Streaming Corp. entirely financed company’s first carbon deals. • Sourced all major vendor partnerships in both established and new markets, which allowed for scaling forest operations and delivery of company OKRs.
