Mar. 2020 - Aug. 2022Pakistan• Involved in the pre-commissioning & commissioning activities of the 40 MMSCFD Rental Amine Plant which involves high/ low pressure leak tests and hot/cold circulations. • Site visits and document preparations for pre bid clarifications, Technical Proposals, De-commissioning Plans, and Design Basis along with the BOQs/MTOs. • Responsible for the fabrication, welding, NDT inspections and hydro-testing for the pipe line. • Ensure the sand blasting, surface preparation & painting for the flow line & in-service piping. • Calculating the mechanical BOQs for piping, valves and fittings, structure for pipe supports and dia inches in accordance with the layouts and detailed engineering drawings. • Calculation of the steel structure, embedded parts, cubic meter of the concrete, granular, lean concrete and grouting etcetera for civil works. • Review of the vendor supplied packages for GA drawings of valves, mechanical equipment datasheets for Pumps, Storage Tanks and Vessels against the raised RFQs complaining with the API, ASME and ASTM International standards. • Cost estimations & calculating the variation in scope during project execution in accordance with the bidding and detailed engineering phase for additional cost claims. • Floating the RFQs to the various International & local vendors and acquiring for the best in accordance with the technical and commercial compliance. • Assists the procurement, negotiations with the vendors and securing the supply at site/required place for Piping & fittings, Mechanical equipment and steel structure. • Coordinate with the site team on engineering project related constrains to satisfy the client needs. Jan. 2020 - Feb. 2020Pakistan-Responsible for the NDT inspection of Hyundai Heavy Industries CFB-I & CFB-II boiler which includes UT & DPT. -Responsible for the DFT of the furnace tubes after chromium(VI) coating. -Inspected the Hydro testing & Visual inspection of CFB-I & CFB-II boiler components i.e furnace, economizers, superheaters, SA pre heaters etc. -Inspected the vibrations in various pumps & General Electric(GE) STG-3 Steam Turbine(10MW) during startup after major overhaul. -Attended the training session for the float measurement of the thrust bearings in steam turbines.

The General Tyre and Rubber Company of Pakistan LimitedFinal Year Project

Jan. 2019 - Jul. 2019To design and modify the farm tyre using ANSYS software. (Title of the final year project) - Generated the 3D model of the tyre on CREO 2.0 using the 2D design provided bt the GTR. - Analysis the static & dynamic loading conditions on the farm tyre using ANSYS 16.0. - Determined the maximum & the minimum stress conceration regions & their values at the lugs which led the cause of the failiure of the tyre. - Optimize the geometry of the tyre by providing radius at the lugs to reduce the stress concentrations.
