• Responsible for the fabrication, welding, NDT inspections and hydro-testing for the pipe line.
• Ensure the sand blasting, surface preparation & painting for the flow line & in-service piping.

Jan. 2019 - Jul. 2019To design and modify the farm tyre using ANSYS software. (Title of the final year project) - Generated the 3D model of the tyre on CREO 2.0 using the 2D design provided bt the GTR.
- Analysis the static & dynamic loading conditions on the farm tyre using ANSYS 16.0.
- Determined the maximum & the minimum stress conceration regions & their values at the lugs which led the cause of the failiure of the tyre.
- Optimize the geometry of the tyre by providing radius at the lugs to reduce the stress concentrations.
