May. 2008 - Mar. 2011Form strong sustainable relationships with community organizations, non-profits, government agencies, and corporate partners to increase departmental visibility and promote the benefits of recruiting University students. Establish and maintain graduate and alumni contacts to increase networking, job shadowing, internship(s) and employment opportunities for current students. Assist students with resumes preparation, job search, application processes and interviewing. \Advice students, staff, and faculty on job market and hiring trends. Work closely with recruiters to locate qualified applicant for job openings. Track leads, referrals, and student placement. Create marketing publications for target audience(s) to promote department services and events. Coordinate career related events, including fairs, workshops, panels, networking events and other recruiting or relationship building activities. Attend local, regional, and national workshops, meetings, networking events and seminars.
