Advised C-Suite leaders on matters related to enterprise technology delivery, architecture enhancements, regulatory compliance, clinical quality improvement, and budget management.
• Year 1, obtained 18% increase in cash collections due to reduction in A/R by 30 days. • Year 2, saved >$8M in operating budget by transitioning disjointed IT divisions into business-aligned IT solutions delivery. • Year 2, renegotiated contract with primary technology EHR vendor resulting in savings of $225K/yr thereafter.
• Year 2 – 3, initiated Cost Savings Through Technology Program focused on budget saving opportunities. First year of program, identified and deployed print verification technology that served to enhance HIPAA protection of printed patient health information while also saving over $800K in printing related costs.
