SilverLine NetworkFounder
Jan. 2020Greater Boston AreaAs we have witnessed with varying degrees of wide-eyed sadness, COVID-19 has devastated the most vulnerable among us. The toll has been disproportionately high for the elderly (those age 70 and older). This scientific truth coupled with the behaviors it takes to stay safe, exacerbates the heartbreaking pre-pandemic problem far too many elders experience - LONELINESS. SilverLine Network was established to lessen the burden of loneliness by offering a friendly voice during these unfriendly times.(www.silverlinenetwork.org). Currently seeking seed funding for the development of an extensible software solution. Working with elder service organizations to coordinate the rollout of the Silverline Network software solution. Working with local, state and federal entities on data privacy guidelines as they pertain to humanitarian outreach services. Devised organizational vision, mission and foundational structure to facilitate early growth. Spearheaded efforts to gain working capital and angel funding to start and grow business.

Joy Mobility Services, Inc.Co-Founder
Oct. 2018San Francisco Bay AreaAt Joy, our mission is to ignite a community of shared mobility enthusiasts dedicated to urban renewal through progressive alternative transportation offerings. Joy’s network of business partners share the vision of creating carbon neutral mobility programs that make urban settings more accessible, safe and clean. As well, we are expanding the traditional framework of business by measuring ecological and social performance - not just bottom-line financial performance. We believe urban transportation as we knew it (pre-pandemic) will never be the same. We continue to advocate for shared mobility, electric vehicle adoption, and all zero emissions transportation solutions. We will forge on with renewed resolve once Covid-19 is rendered less threatening.
Founder
Eclipse CodeFounder
Jun. 2011 - Jun. 2019Marblehead, MAI founded Eclipse with the idea that I could replicate the success of a company I had worked for ten years prior. Our mission was to bring software solutions to organizations hamstrung by old legacy systems and eager to incorporate current technologies to advance their business operations and practices. We did enjoy a four year run that ended when I discovered an opportunity to build a company that could help urban America move toward more sustainable transportation solutions. www.eclipsecode.com

SeequersCo-Founder
Feb. 2014 - Jun. 2017Greater Boston AreaSeequers was created as a social network for individuals who have experienced an unfortunate health condition. The vision was to create online communities of patients and participants who could share information and save it for other members to access. This digital repository would become a knowledge base of information from members of each group. Ultimately this social network would bring people, information, and personal experiences together across a global health, wellness and self care community.

Jul. 2008 - Jan. 2012Boston, MAMy first foray into a full-time fundraising role. My responsibilities were to create a giving community within the alumni network of the School of Education (SED). The challenge was to get a large number of individual alumni to make small donations, as we knew there were few SED alumni who had the means to do more. Moderate success was attained. Concurrently, I studied for and graduated with a Masters degree in Education. http://www.bu.edu/wheelock/
