Andrea Bianchi is a consultant in corporate communication and organizational well-being, publisher, author and journalist. He’s Materials Engineer and has worked in the industrial sector as a Quality and Project Manager, as well as in knowledge and research transfer between University and Industry. In 2001, he founded the corporate communication agency Etymo Srl in Trento, dedicating himself for twenty years to consultancy in marketing and corporate communication, with significant projects in the industrial, automotive, and tourism sectors. For 14 years, he was an external Marketing and Communication Director for a Winery in Valdobbiadene. In 2006, he founded the online magazine Mountainblog, of which he is still the publisher, which in 2013 became an international network based in the United Kingdom, now one of the leading online publications in Italy and Europe for information on outdoor and mountain sports. A journalist since 2013, he is the author of books on mountains, Eastern philosophies (Yoga and Sufism), barefoot hiking, and walking barefoot in Nature for publishers such as Mondadori, Vallardi, Ediciclo Editore, Luglio Editore, and Nuovi Sentieri Editore. In 2019, he was a speaker at the first edition of TEDx Mestre, on the philosophical and transformative vision of walking barefoot in Nature. A student and practitioner of yoga for over thirty years, in the last 15 years he has specialized in Natural Wellness practices, also deepening their scientific basis and their application in the corporate and social sectors. This experience led him to develop the method called "HOT mind®" for the development of psychophysical well-being through activities in Nature, presented with the book “La via del freddo alla felicità” (“The Way of Cold to Happiness”), published by Vallardi in 2020. Applying this method, he currently conducts numerous activities with individuals - including an annual training course - and with companies.
