As part of a master's thesis research project, the opportunity to conduct field research at the BBRVBD presents a valuable opportunity to gain insights into the challenges, best practices, and ongoing initiatives in the field of physical disability rehabilitation and vocational training. The key aspects of the field research at the BBRVBD include: 1. Observational Study
- Observe the daily operations and service delivery of the BBRVBD, including the various rehabilitation programs, vocational training workshops, and assistive technology provision
- Gain an understanding of the infrastructure, resources, and facilities available at the center to support the rehabilitation and empowerment of individuals with physical disabilities 2. Interview
- Conduct in-depth interviews with the management, vocational trainers, and social workers at the BBRVBD to understand their roles, perspectives, and challenges in providing comprehensive rehabilitation process
- Engage with clients to learn about their experiences, needs, and the impact of the BBRVBD's programs on their lives. 3. Data Collection and Analysis
- Gather quantitative and qualitative data on the BBRVBD's program outcomes, client demograhics, and areas of improvement
- Analyze the collected data to identify trends and challenges in the provision of vocational rehabilitation services for individuals with physical disabilities
