As CTO of Highlands County Clerk of Courts, he orchestrated the establishment of one standard network and one IT support team for all agencies, the deployment of a modern user-pleasing website, and virtual infrastructure to overcome the lack of physical space, all of which realized extensive cost savings and improved citizens engagement.
