As CIO of the Seminole County Florida Government, he revitalized the IT organization and championed innovation and continuous improvements to improve service delivery to citizens while minimizing costs. As CTO of Highlands County Clerk of Courts, he orchestrated the establishment of one standard network and one IT support team for all agencies, the deployment of a modern user-pleasing website, and virtual infrastructure to overcome the lack of physical space, all of which realized extensive cost savings and improved citizens engagement. As a former entrepreneur, he founded, grew, and sold Transcription Solutions of Sebring, Inc., a thriving medical transcription service provider with 40 employees.
